What are the features and challenges of the land like soil type, existing vegetation, aspect, slope, water sources and others that will best allow you to meet your goals?
The clients needs and the land’s features will guide a permaculture (and other philosophies eg. regenerative practices) design that integrates a home and all aspects of the infrastructure such as roads, power, and water into a holistic design.
